Shastra the most important principle is about the most important part of Vastu
Purush that is Bramhasthan.

The Answer is that it’s the naval part of Vastu
Purush were Agni or sacred fire reside and control the Manipur Chakra of the
Vastu Purush. Its also important to Note that there are ten 10 directions as
per Indian ancient sacred text. Among then two most important direction and the
Lord reside here. The important directions are upward and downward direction
and the Lord respectively are BRAMHA and ANANT. And from the upward Lord name
it gets its name as Bramhasthan.
As we all know Manipur Chakra is among the
most important chakra and that is directly influence our physical and spiritual
body.

Vegetarianism an important factor for preparing Satvik and
Vedic food.Practice of vegetarianism
imparts purity of mind, body and soul. Vedic as the foods in this category is
primarily means Satvik (noble) in Nature, Unlike Rajsik food or tamsik food.
Rajsik food is Spicy foods using lots of Oil, spices, staple, condiments,

and Tamsik food- Non Vegetarian foods which tend to arouse wild feelings,
lethargic body and aggressive emotion.
It is important to know and fully aware of basic information
regarding Cooking Satvik or Vedic food- because the complete methodology, style,
ingredient, etc depend on various criteria like season, surroundings, viability
of food and spices and other items. Pure whole some and holy food is called as
Vedic and Satvik food also can be understood as Ancient Indian Way of cooking.
The main objective of Vedic and Satvik food is to have a
healthy body, happy mind and spiritual upliftment. Whereas Ignorant and unawareness toward the fact of basic principles and rules of
Satvik and Vedic food may lead you bad health, stressful mind, heavy heart, confused
approach and bad attitude towards life, Which is just opposing to healthy, happy,
and satisfying life.

Vegetarianism. Satvik Hindu Sanskars of
Vedic Origin which include several principles for cooking such auspicious food.
Satvik and Vedic food originating in India during the
Ancient Vedic times, it is a way that study to human body and to remove imbalance between body’s three basic
force knows as Vat, Pit and Kaph. Vat controls body’s physical and
psychological rhythms, Pitt controls heat and metabolism and Kaph controls the overall
structure and stability of the body.
The basic important criteria we have to practice before and
while cooking are as follows: -
BUT BEFORE THAT WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE FACT IS THAT
COOKING IS CONSIDER SAME AS WORSHIPING TO GOD and the rules of Cooking and
Worshiping are almost similar
1.No sleeper- All the principles of prayer and
worship are similar for cooking too. That’s
why we never wear sleeper and foot wear while praying or cooking. We not only
wear sleeper to maintain the sanctity of the kitchen but also to show our
gratitude towards the Lord Almighty.
2.Shudhi means Cleanliness – its mention in our Ancient
Vedic scripture that cleanliness is Godliness. That’s why we clean and purify our
self before cooking food, taking bath in the morning is part of life. Not only
that -kitchen also had to be cleansed nicely.
In ancient
times Indian houses were made up of mud and people use to apply holy Indian
Desi Cow dung which is believed to make the place germs and negativity free. But
now –a – days with modern kitchen it’s not applicable. But always remember
kitchen is a place which directly affects our body through food so it has to be
fresh and hygienic. No smell should be present in the kitchen; otherwise it
means that somebody at home is going to be sick.
3.Chant mantras- we should have peace of mind while
cooking and for that we should do meditation for few minutes or chant mantras
so no bad thoughts may disturb our mental status.Peace of mind is very important because if we
are mentally disturb, tensed, depressed, the negative vibration will transmuted
in the food we cook and anybody who consume it will suffer mental stress too.
Thus the food is will not be considered Satvik or holy.
4.Satvik food and Vedic food has the property of
healing. Healing of mind, physical body and soul. By satvik food it’s possible
because it’s not only a mean of fulfilling the stomach or just to get nutrition
but Satvik food is considered as a medicine to the body. It is a way of preparing with purity, care and
divine approach toward simple food making it divine and spiritual food. It’s important
that food has to be prepared without any haste or ill feeling.
5.Satvik food is cooked according to the season. In
every season specific spices and vegetables’ are consider healthy and fit for
the body. So while cooking we should be aware about the vegetables, oil, spices
to be used as per the season and temperature.
6.Body type is also important- like Vat, Pit and
Kaph are three vital energy, which is very important to keep in mind before
making satvik food.
7.This is interesting to note that there should be
a roof or ceiling above the place we cook. Vedic and satvik kitchen can’t be a place
with open to sky concept. There may be various reason- liket no dirt, foreign, unwanted thing may fall
in the food.
8.As I have earlier told you that food is just
another way of worship that’s why we always offer our gratitude to almighty God
and the deity of Food and nourishment i.e. Great divine mother Annapurna or her
another form Divine Mother Laxmi.
9.After cooking the food has to be offered to the God
and then only is consumed. As per Vedic text we should offer the food first to
Lord of Fire i.e. Agni Dev because he is considered to be the medium to
satisfying all God and Goddess. But if offering
through hawan or yagna is not possible than we should first thanks and show our
gratitude towards the Almighty God than only we are allowed to consume the
food.

you about my study. In my opinion it’s also important to know about this
because when you feel helpless or cheated and you don’t find way out of the

What Astrology, Palmistry, and Nadi leaf has to say about your

An astrologer can only predict on the
bases of dasha, anter-dasha, yog, planetic transit, nakshatra its pad, etc. The
predictions particularly like marry, child birth, good job, sometime doesn’t
come true. Dasha, good yog or transit didn’t support the coming event. Why?

your action or karma.
Strong karma’s support the yog can
activate or even slide down the intensity of coming event.
My spiritual Guru says that any
sadhak who do intense sadhna can easily burn their karmic baggage. This can be

good and holy your palm lines will change within six month to one year, and if
you do vice-verse the result will be appalling. It’s also observed and
supported by Nadi leaf science of South India (prediction through thumb
Impression), people who do spiritual practice and Obedient toward their Good
karma and sacred life path Change. Not only in Nadi but also in Astrology the
change can be perceived. After intense spiritual practice not only the Nadi but
also the Birth chart horoscope changes. YES! It may sound weird to many people but
it’s true.
I have done several research on this topic
were I will share two of my experience.
In first case – few years back I got
an opportunity to see a Chart or Kundali of Sadhak, a person who use to do
spiritual practice but I didn’t find any strong Mokshya karak or ascension yoga’s
or yog for salvation but recently I somehow stumble upon the chart again and
that really amazed me.
By his spiritual karma the birth chart
literally changed which was a miracle for me.
The second example I will share you
of a person who cheated somebody. I was confirmed about his cheating and the
information was true so I check the chart of his Son which I have made a year
ago.
That time the chart was pleasant and
didn’t have any awful planetic combination in the birth chart. Almost with no
flaw and bad yoga but after his father dishonesty and cheating somebody, the child
develops Pitra dosh and daridra or poverty yog. WHY?
Because As per Vedic sanatan
parampara any person associated with specific karmic baggage good or bad
affects our Pitru’s -departed Fore-father’s. It is believed that we do good or
bad karma or action, it will affect our Pitru’s and then they decide to bless
or curse us. We get the blessing of God only after we are blessed by our
ancestor’s because the first duty is toward the parents who has given life and
brought in this matrix. Our karma not only affects us but also our parents, children
and also departed soul.
Friends Our Karma is precise in
giving us the result we deserve. But it takes its own time to give you the
desired karmic result. Every time we are doing something Good or Bad, we should
be careful and aware of the thought- words and action because WHAT WE SOW SO
SHALL BE REAP.
Action or Karma’s are like bobarang
the result will strike you back in its appropriate time and place.
So rather proposing something to God
start spiritual practice subsequently that terrible karmic baggage may fade
away and coming event may favors you.
What I am allocated above may also be
analysis and investigate in many Vedic Sacred Text but I am sharing only two Examples
from Ancient Vedic Text –
Story of Savitri and Satyavan- Story
goes like this that Savitri, daughter of a King married to a Man who has a
short life knowing the fact through Narad Rishi she was not afraid and started doing
her spiritual practice, devotion and sadhna. At the time when Lord of Death Yam
Raj appeared to take away the life away of Satyavan she pleased Lord of Death
Yam so much so that he gave her the blessing of longevity of Satyavan, children’s
and good health to her In-laws and last but not the least yam also blessed her
that they get their kingdom back with pride and prosperity.
The second Vedic tale is of a famous
Rishi. The name of the Rishi is Maharishi Markandey.
The parents of the Rishi was them
self great Sage, but unfortunately they didn’t have any child. So they started
doing Spiritual practice after that they were blessed with a beautiful son but regrettably
he has short life span. The parents of the great Saint spent their time in
spiritual practice.
After knowing the fact they started doing Shiv
sadhna and Lord Shiva blessed the life of the child from twelve years to twelve
kalp.
Markandey
Rishi and Savitri Satyavan are the stories which not only tell us that future
is in not destined but also that our life is based on our Karmic deeds and
action. So, never blame other for you troubles in life.
In Gita it’s mentioned that “Do your
duty perfectly and leave the rest on Almighty, because the result is not in our
hand”.
Remember when you are hunger you have
to eat, in the same way when you need good destiny and good future you yourself
have to do good action karma and also spiritual practice to fulfill your desire
and happiness.
My objective is to make aware the
people to understand the principle of karma and also protect yourself from the
trap of fake Astrologer and fake future teller who will NOT ask you to start
doing good karma.
Ending this blog with a tip is the best karma
is to offer food to the needy.
ASTROLOGICALLY B.J.P. WILL FORM GOVRNMENT IN “M” 2 STATE
i.e. MAHARASTRA AND MADHYA PRADESH IN 2020.
As per my Astrological study I predict that B.J.P will form
government in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh in 2020. I am sure enough the sufficient astrological evidence and planetic transits will help
B.J.P. to form Government in two states where the name starts from “M” the states
are namely Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh in 2020. My 25 year old study says that the effort of Shivsena will be
vain to form a Government in Maharashtra and even if they try to arrange some odds, the things
will not be stable and soon fall down and also C.M. of M.P. Kamal Nath will also not
be able to protect his Government in 2020.

I have written and posted a blog on 26th June
2019 that “Very soon Pakistan will vanish from World Map”. There I wanted to explain
the Vedic and sacred reason and logic why and what will be the main karmic reason
of destruction and turbulent times for Pakistan ahead.
NOTE: - My blogs are based on
ancient Vedic scriptures and my purpose is to help people with the Vedic sacred
knowledge what I have without prejudge, assumption or negative sentiment.
Now in this Blog I will try to help how India will be
affected by the Destruction of Pakistan. The alarming trends and impact of tremendous
events in Pakistan will also affect India very soon.
The seed of destruction of Pakistan was sown from the day of
its existence or forming a Nation on the bases of religion. The foundation of
Pakistan was placed by killing and looting native Hindu, Sikh and Sindhi. Being
so called a religious country many were brutally killed and murdered on religious
ground like being Hindu, Christian, Sikh, Baloch or Sindhi was reason of fear and
also murder, the girls were forcefully converted. Not only that it’s a Heaven
of Terrorism. With the help of Pakistani army Terrorist are killing innocent
Indians. They are also a problem for other neighboring country. My blog is not
to discuss its Bad Karmic record; here I am to help people about a coming event
that can influence India.
Seed of Consequences-
“As you sow so shall you reap” and the Karmic fruit of Pakistan is ripped well.
Seeds sown of Bad karma are prepared to destroy Pakistan and progressive deterioration,
the Country is started to Break- down and soon will break into pieces.
See again I will mention, we believe in the concept of “Vasudhaiva
kutumbakaum”and it is a Sanskrit phase from Upanishad meaning the world is a
single big family and we are a part of that big family (kutumb). It is just not
a Sanskrit phase but philosophy of Hindu. At the same time we also believe in
Karmic Principle and when the time comes we have to pay for the doing Good or
Bad, so Pakistan is at its edge of getting the punishment and we all are the
witness of this giant event.
But it’s an also well know phase “Drowning Man catches the
straw” and the same thing will happen with our neighbor. Imran selected P.M. will
be kicked out of the government, Military rule will be force on the people. People
who are already dying by the bad governance, corruption, price rise, forceful conversion,
military terror, Sindi-Baluch movement, etc will rise against military or Army rule.
Pakistan will face Civil war and Army will not be able to control the situation.
After that uncontrollable situation Army may try to divert people thought and emotion
by creating War against India. But that will be a big mistake by them. Army
will not only lose the government and war but also the Country. Just wait for
2020!!
I will like to add America who always supported Pakistan monetarily will be fall economically due to trade war and internal issues.
If such situation augment we have to be cautions because
Astrologically this time particularly from 25th November 2019 to 2nd
February 2020 is a period of great care and spiritual practice because events
are not only influencing Physical level but also at a cosmic or super conscious
level.

SOLAR ECLIPSE 26 DEC. 2019 A TURNING POINT TO
HUMANITY
MINUTE ASTROLOGICAL DETAILS ON SOLAR ECLIPSE 26 December 2019
In this blog we will discuss about the
significance of this Solar Eclipse, why it’s so influential to mankind and details
of special planetic combination with other minute facts which are important one
should be aware of.
But before I share the details I want to give
a small introduction regarding it, this solar eclipse is 3rd and the last solar
eclipse of this year which will be on 26th of December 2019. As per astronomy, when moon moves between Sun
and Earth in such a way that all three celestial bodies stand in a straight
line and prevent Sun rays from falling on Earth that creates shadow is called solar
eclipse. The eclipse will be visible in India and other Countries of Asia.
Let’s start first with the date and
time of eclipse and sutak.
Information
regarding Indian time of Solar Eclipse is as follow-
Full eclipse beginning- 26th
December – 09:04:33
Maximum Eclipse – 10:47:46
Full eclipse ends – 12:30:55
The Sun would be hidden by the shadow of
the moon. Duration of eclipse is almost 3 hour. This Solar Eclipse will be
visible in India so the Sutak Niyam will be applicable on the Sutak kall. Important
to know the timing of Sutak kall, Sutak will start before the eclipse and ends
with the eclipse.
Sutak begins 05:33 pm on 25th
December 2019
Sutak end 12:30 am on 26th
December 2019
There are two types of eclipses:-Full and partial and this solar
eclipse which will occur on 26th Dec 2019 are full eclipse. As per
Astrology solar eclipse is a big event. Solar eclipse is an indicator of big
event.
Now let’s start with the reason and cause
that is making this Solar eclipse so important and drastic in nature. Few
reasons which I am mentioning are as follows:-
1.Astrologically Solar eclipse is trigger of new
change and so in this regard this solar eclipse is a huge one because the first
and the foremost reason is that the eclipse will occur in Mul-nakshatra. As per
Vedic Astrology Mul nakshatra represent a NEW beginning with extreme magnificent
transformation.
2.Second main reason is that it is forming a “Chat
Grahiy yog” means combination of six6 planets. The planets which are forming
this combination are Sun, Moon, Mares, Jupiter, Satan, and Ketu.
-But many Astrologers believe it to be the combination of seven 7 planet
in the same sign of eclipse which is called as Sapt Grahiy yog. Here the
seventh planet considered is Pluto. Interesting to Note “Pluto” represent fire,
bombing, explosion, So much energy are going to explode that you can feel it
right now.
But few Astrologers find it “asht” 8 ghariy
yog mean combination of eight planets because Rahu the North node of the Moon
will aspect the sign of Sagittarius which is making the Solar Eclipse even more
dangerous.
The
planetic combinations are emphasizing the power of BIG CHANGE and transition. This
transition and shift of energy will bring crises
3.Combustion of Planets in the same sign of Sagittarius.
The combust planets are Moon, Mars, and Jupiter and 28th December
Satan will also combust. When the Planet combust they lose their property and

immense shift is inevitable.
4.Astrologically Sign and nakshatra activate the reason
and area of change, but in this Solar eclipse six planets are aspcting Rahu so
the energy of Adra nakshatra has activated too.
5.Not only the planetic arrangement but also the
eclipse conjoin with extremely powerful Nakshatra that is Mula is a great event
because Rahu is exalted in Gemini. The God of Adra is Lord Rudra and Mula is
Mother Niritti, She is mother of destruction both of them are “Uggra” or destructive
nakshatra that is also a reason why astrologers are concern about this eclipse.
Whenever Rahu the North node of moon and Ketu
south node of moon transit in Adra and Mula Nakshatra there is surely a massive
event waiting for us, for example last time Rahu-Ketu moved to Adra and Mula 9/11 happened which completely shudder the
humanity.
We should also learn that Adra and Mula are the GATEWAY to this MATRIX. Soul
come and goes through them only, that’s why they are called Mokshya karak
nakshatra and there is no other way to pass through. So it is important to know
that a lot of Soul or energies are entering to create a new world and this is
change will come with a big shift of destruction.
6.Solar Eclipse is the indicator of a new beginning
related to the sign it occur. This time the eclipse will occur in Sagittarius

Now six planets are fully aspecting Rahu in
the sign of Gemini (air sign) in Adra nakshatra, Element that influence Adra
are thunder, storm, tears and water. So sea trade route like Pacific Ocean may
be affected by some war. Rahu in Gemini show problem in communication, computer
related problem, like in Air transport, so be careful. Rahu will show massive
destructive change in nature and this can be reason of natural calamities
specially earth quake. One big earth quake may occur in northern part of India

Ketu in Sagittarius show terror attack all

1.5th December 2019 Jupiter enters his
own sign that’s Sagittarius. From this day onwards some people will start to be

and to impose their ideology resulting in tension and threat of terror attack in
to the society.
2.13th December 2019- Jupiter will
combust and thing will go a little crazier.
3.26th December Solar Eclipse, this
solar eclipse will be a turning point when people will start feeling this
change and the impact.
4.28th December 2019 – Satan will
also be combust by the time. That means law and order in the society or the country
will be disturbed because Satan is lord and supreme energy that control Law and
order.
The above given information was
quite negative but now we will discuss its solution and when the thing well
come back to normal.
Positive dates when the negative
energy will be caught and bring to its knees. But here I don’t mean things will

It is basically divided
in two parts
1 1.Long term storage 2.Short term storage
-Long term storage for valuables is that thing which we required
in rare occasion, that’s why the things should be kept
-Short term storage for Cash and other valuables- for daily
usage.
The direction for both the Safe or storage almira is
different because the object is special- temporary and permanent.
The locker for long term storage is south-west direction and
storage for short term or daily usage almira should ne north direction.
Safe in the south-west direction is ideal to incorporate a
locker for prized valuables and treasures, although North is said to be
governed by Lord Kuber, still South-west is recommended for keeping Cash and
other treasures safely. The reason behind North, is a place that strength the
economic status but doesn’t certainly assures with the safety of valuables if it’s
kept in North.
The positioning of Locker or safe for Valuables should
always be in South-west corner and facing North or east direction in other
words the locker should open towards the north or east direction for better
result.
Security and Safety is important so the locker should not be
visible to people coming in the house and ensure that it must have some
concrete or solid foundation and strong wall.
Treasure safe should be of four legs and strong for better safety.
Keep the locker tidy and clutter free to invite more wealth.

Interior design has no special view on Basement because it’s
a part of Architecture, A Designer may design and decorate as per the Client
requirement but don’t have extra view except it should be leak proof but Vaastu
Shastra has specific guide lines on basement. First of all Vaastu avoid the
provision of Basement.
But if it’s important to build the Basement only in
particular direction otherwise the Owner has to face major consequence.
The ideal direction for basement is North-east, the latter
options are not very auspicious but still can be a provision, and they are east
or north. Except all the rest direction are not suitable or viable for building
it.

and underground tank because the first UV Sun ray falls in this direction only,
If it’s not so than it can create problem for the occupants.
As we know water is a part of every building and water is
basically stored in tanks and these tanks are basically:-
1. UNDERWATER TANK, BORING AND WELL 2. OVERHEAD WATER TANK
1. Underwater tanks, Boring and Wells are building inside
the ground and it should be in North-East corner and second option is East and
if you don’t have provision in both these places the last option is North.
2. Overhead water tanks are build on the top floor of the
building, due to its giant size and weight it considered to build it on west,
south or southwest corner, where heavy thing are place to equate the energies.
Don’t design a bed room below an Over head tank.
Many people install or build water tank randomly in any
direction which is consider inauspicious.
Vaastu Shastra gave us some ideal directions to place water
resource for good health, wealth, and success in life.
Note : before constructing Underwater take or well first
draw an axis imaginary line from north-east to southwest corner, you can build
tanks or well on both sides right or left but don’t apt to build or dig well on
that particular imaginary line
Avoid over head tank on north east corner

VERANDHA, PORCH AND MAIN ENTRANCE AS PER INTERIOR DESIGN AND
VAASTU SHASTRA
Main entrance of a house explains about the energy, cultural
background and character of people living there because this space is the
Gateway from were energies constantly goes in and out. The energy movements affect
the individual immensely on the individual.
There should always be some auspicious and glorious marks
and sign of your particular deity or religion in front of the main entrance
gate.
Keep the entrance tidy and clutter free and to make the
surrounding positive, One should keep beautiful flowers near the entrance gate
so all those who come in feels positive effect and should feel good.
Near the main gate we must design mural or portrait of Holy
Cow with her Calf, lotus flower, or any auspicious sign related to your religion
and culture.
Motifs and painting of serpent, sinking ship, giant, nudes,
fight, hunting, house on fire, trees devoid of leaves, fruits or flower, wild
animal, etc should not be placed near or inside the building.
Strictly avoid keeping garbage and dustbin near the
entrance.
Similarly when the entrance gate whose axis interferes with
a tree, boundary wall of other building, a corner, pillar, a well, temple, an
anthill, heap of ash or vulnerable point such as door are considered very
inauspicious and called as “vaidh” in Vaastu Shastra.
Main gate should not face any intersecting road except in
“Ishan kon”. There should be no obstruction and hindrance near the main gate
like gate, poles, wires, etc.
Avoid underwater tank or septic tank below the main gate.
Lift and stairs should not be in front of the main gate.
If the plot, size, shape, land quality is auspicious but the
entrance is not as per Vaastu principles than the owner will not get complete
result in life and will not be considered auspicious.
Entrance should never be dark and ensure that the place is
well lit throughout.

INTERIOR DESIGN-DECORATION AND VAASTU (VASTU) SHASTRA ARE
COMPLIMANT AND SUPPLEMENT TO EACH OTHER
In earlier blog I have given the definition and meaning of
Interior design- decoration and Vaastu Shastra. In this blog I will briefly
tell you the relation and importance when both the science is applied together.
Vaastu Shastra and Interior design go
hand in hand, these two sciences are supplement and complement to each other.
Vaastu Shastra and Interior design both depends on certain
values and principle. They are as follows:-
1.Functional values
2.Aesthetic beauty
3.Technical know how
4.Material uses and availability
5.Wellness and positivity of the occupant
6.Health and happiness in life
Vaastu Shastra and Interior design both
guides us for a positive life.
In my opinion after 3 years of Interior
design and decoration and diploma in Vaastu Shastra my study is more focused
and significance on Vaastu Shastra because Vaastu is auxiliary and in-depth whole
some study where as Interior design works psychologically.
So for a All round Interior designer and
Vaastu expert both the subject is important.
If anyone wants a comfortable and functional
space he should give importance to Interior design whereas if you want to rise
and eradicate his problems one should focus more on Vaastu Shastra.
Earlier people use to pay more attention on
functional and strong building but now the trend has changed, people give more
importance on aesthetic design and comfort life style. For me Design and
decoration are very important part but health and happiness are prior for every
one. If we are not healthy and happy we can’t enjoy the beauty around us and
this can only be achieved by correct Vaastu principles.
If a building is strong and beautiful but not
as per the principle of Vaastu Shastra the health, happiness, success and
prosperity index will be zero.
Bad Vaastu can be a reason of disease, poverty, failure in
life. Whatever is exhibited should be pleasing to eyes and mind brings joy to
the viewer; aesthetic and cultural aspects are important but until and unless
we don’t combine it with nature we can never achieve the real positivity and
beauty of 100% successful life.
In Interior design and Vaastu Shastra building can broadly
divided in three parts-
1.Residential building
2.Commercial building
3.Religious and Spiritual building

Vaas is a Sanskrit word which takes the meaning of dwell, to
live or to reside. The term Shastra may loosely be understood as science or
teaching. Thus in general Vaastu Shastra means a Science of residing and
dwelling.
Originally the word Vaastu has derived from “Vaastu Purush”.
There is a ancient story about his creation and progress but it has to relate
and understand scientifically otherwise it will be very complicated to
understand VAASTU (Vastu) SHASTRA.
Vaastu Shastra is Vedic sciences, which believe in
Supernatural and Cosmic energies. According to ancient Rishi’s human beings are
affected by the equilibrium of mind, body, spirit with the natural environment.
Vaastu Shastra considered the interplay of various energies
which involve the elements of earth, water, air, fire and either. Vaastu
basically deals with the balancing of energies. As there are many divine and
cosmic planetary energies that deeply influence the human and nature all together.
It changes the deeds and behavior, thus guides and changes the living styles
and behavior of people.
Basically Vaastu
Shastra is based on becoming ONE with nature. If we apply the principles of
Vaastu Shastra it will help in attracting beneficial energies offered by nature
resulting in positivity in life.
Vaastu Shastra aims at fundamental guiding principle in such
a way that helps in establishing the equilibrium, ensuing flow of positive
cosmic, magnetic, divine energy hindrance free. It is believed that creating
such a balance helps to avoid various problems, disease, accidents in life.

In my opinion Vaastu Shastra decide the fate of occupant. That’s
why Ancient Rishi Charak has well
said in Ayurved that if the Vaastu of any place is incorrect the medicine will
also not affect the person dwelling there.

Interior design and decoration has acquired enormous appeal
among the people in recent decades due to its tremendous effectiveness and
benefits. As decorating the dwelling place is a inherit quality of human being.
Interior design is actually a relatively very functional and work
psychologically work associated to space and its uses.
The meaning of interior decoration and design both have a
different characteristic and meaning:-

should be aesthetically pleasing. Home is a reflection of our self, and by

ceiling, flooring, windows, doors, ventilation, lighting, furniture, color and
miscellaneous design pieces. The goal of interior design is to make a space
functional, comfortable and beautiful.
In the modern world many people do Interior designing or
decoration either doing it themselves with the acquaintance of guide or by
classes or associate to books and magazine, or by hiring a professional
Interior designer to assist them bringing their vision and imagination on practically
ground.
The Interior designer used a wide range of different skills
and talents in their occupation, knowledge of architecture, psychology,
tailoring and product designing, etc.
Every Interior designer should understand the importance of
color, material, lighting arrangement, etc. the designing may change according
to availability of material in local market, fashion and trend, culture and
religion, climatic condition and maintains.
The most important thing about Interior design and
decoration is not only expression of your creativity and imagination but it is
also a part of our life, that’s why it should be functional and practically
effective.
Payesh or Kheer is a Satvik and Vedic dish which is
basically a integral part of Vedic culture. This tasty rice dessert fits into
every occasion. This ancient recipe originated from India.
Ancient India was a land where the food was treated as
medicine. The food was prepared according to the season and human health, taste
was not the main criteria.
According to Ayurved, the three dosha’s are mainly
responsible for the proper functioning of our body. Kheer or Payesh has a
cooling effect on the body, which is helpful in warm temperature when the
pitta-dosh dominates our body and can make us ill. That’s why in Pitra-paksha
when the warmth in temperature increase‘s we make kheer and offer it to
everyone as Prasad.
It is light yet nourishing desert. It has a cooling effect.
Vedic Satvik recipe kheer is a rice pudding, originating in
ancient Vedic age, made by boiling fulfat desi Indian cow milk with broken rice
and added some sweetener like mishri.
Alternative names are paasam, payasa, payesh and ksheeram.
A small amount of kheer can be a good source of vitamin A
and vitamin C. It’s also a source of calcium and low in cholesterol.
Sadhak should have it in the meal because when we do
spiritual sadhna our energy enhances and that hi energy can be maintain and controlled
by eating Satvik food, kheer is best for people having high energy, spiritually or physically both. (Applying coolant like chandan and kesar on fore-head also helps.)
Point to note that i have not added dry fruits, because of two reason -1. Satvik food should take less time to digest. adding dry-fruits like almond, nuts, etc will take take more time to digest.
2. after adding dry fruits it will be not be a perfect coolant because dry fruits are warm in nature.
These are some traits or Vedic recipe that helps us to take as per season to keep us fit
and healthy.
