IMPORTANCE OF INDIAN COW'S DUNG and GHEE IN YAGNA OR HAWAN

In my last blog I have mention about the importance of Yagna and hawan. 

Yagna means worshipping with holy fire with auspicious and desirable herbs, where we use only Indian cow’s ghee and dung.

In this blog we will discuss - Why should we use Cow dung piece and sticks and what are the benefits as perour scriptures?

 In this blog I will tell you why Cow dung piece are most suitable for yagya or hawan. In india cow dung is known as Gowkanda. Which are used as fuel in rural India and in hawan, yagya, or Agnihotra rituals.

Yagya is a auspicious karma, The reason behind the use of Cow dung piece are as follows:- purifies the air and has Anti-pollutant and Anti- Radiation qualities in the environment.

 

1.       As per Vedic scripture few woods which can be used for hawan samidha and which should to broken from the tree in specific nakshatra.
 Specific mantras are chanted while breakimg the hawan wood.
 its obvious that its impossible for the merchant and business man to do so because they are them selves unaware of all such Vedic ritual and details.

2.       No fresh green plant or tree can be picked for hawan other  wise the wood is consider inauspicious.

3.       Since vedic Age Indian Cows are worshiped and believe holy.

4.       All the Gods and Goddeses are reside in the body parts in their subtale forms.

5.       Goddesses Laxmi reside in the dung of the Indian Cow. Upnishad says –“ Gomay vasate Maa Laxmi” meaning the Goddesses stays in dung. That’s why Our Rishis used Dhup made from cow dung and also used as samidha.

6.       Burning Cow dung purifies not only the air but the atmosphere, when used with mantra in hawan provide wealth, prosperity and success.

7.       Mahabharat says- “Of all the Eighty four lakh species (8.4 million) of living beings or entities, Indian Cow is such a being whose Dung is pure, rather it purifies every kind of impurities.

8.        In pooja ritual burning of cowdung is said to be very auspicious and it bring good fortune and positive energy.
9. Indian cow's ghee is the most important ingredient of yagna and hawan. referred as anti-dot to air poison. research has proven that yagna with 10 grm of ghee can produce tonnes of pure air. Indian cow's ghee act as disinfectant and clean the atmosphere.
